Nandina Vines has been drawing pictures since she was very young.
In high school, Nandina was a keen art student, she then went on to study art at university. After uni, Nandina found employment as a graphic designer. After many years as a graphic designer, Nandina made a life change and decided to follow her dream of illustrating for picture books. An illustrator of over 20 children’s picture books, Nandina illustrates every day and derives great pleasure from bringing the author’s stories to life on the pages.
Claire is mum to three fur babies of the woofing variety: Cooper 9, Albie 2 and Molly 1.
Claire is also mum to one loving and loyal adult-aged daughter, Mel.
Claire lives with her husband Bob in the North-East corner of Victoria, Australia,
surrounded by rolling green hills and cattle grazing country.
Claire’s first Children’s picture story book was inspired by the upsetting car accident
involving her six-month-old Labrador, Molly. Besides working from home full-time in a customer service role, Claire takes pleasure in living a simple life, enjoying a fulfilling relationship with her fur babies, relaxing, and embracing life with her hubby!
